To ensure a smooth start, we would like to provide you with some essential details. We encourage you to actively participate in the academic environment, engage in scholarly discussions, and make the most of UNIS’s resources.

Access Cards and Welcome Letters
You can collect your ID/access card and information letter from reception anytime during the day containing your UNIS username and password. Please make sure to bring your ID card with you to collect them.
The ID card you receive from the reception will be a key for accessing the UNIS entrance.
Election Student council
Monday 5 August 19:00 at Møysalen.
The student council plays an essential role at UNIS and is an opportunity for students to become further involved during their stay. Read more here
Lunch
We invite all students to a joint lunch at 11:45. Free of charge.
This is an excellent opportunity to get to know your fellow students and become a part of the UNIS community.
